Delgado Community College, Northshore Technical College, and the Louisiana Rehabilitation Services, Families Helping Families will take part in the St. Tammany Parish Public Schools System Special Education Department "College Transition Preparation Program on Thursday, February 16, at the Treen Technology Center, 2024 Livingston St., Mandeville, LA.
